Terms of Service

Alpha Search designs and builds websites and related automation for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement between you and us.

Prices are confirmed in a written proposal. Unless stated otherwise, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance and any optional monthly plan billed as set out in that proposal. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.

Because work begins as soon as a deposit is received, deposits and payments for work already performed are generally non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, contact us and we will work in good faith to correct it within the agreed scope. If you have any concern about a charge, please reach out to us directly at luis@alphasearch.tech before disputing it, so we can resolve it quickly.

You may cancel a project engagement at any time by written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the cancelation, and the deposit is applied toward that work. The optional monthly maintenance plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment: you may cancel it at any time, cancelation stops any future charges, and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel either, email us at luis@alphasearch.tech.

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you, except for any third-party components, open-source software, and our own pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain owned by their respective owners and licensed to you for use in your project.

You agree to provide the content, access, and timely feedback needed to complete the work, and that materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results from any website or system we build.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Search LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
